Abdulelah Alsahli is a strategy advisor and investment specialist with extensive experience in public-private partnerships (PPPs), industrial policy, and foreign direct investment. He currently serves as a Manager – Investment Attraction (Industrial/Transport) at KPMG Saudi Arabia, where he leads the design and execution of national incentive programs, FDI frameworks, and industrial strategies aligned with Vision 2030.
His experience spans government, private industry, and consulting. As Business Development Manager at Siemens Mobility, he developed rail localization strategies and led infrastructure bids that aligned with national policy objectives. Prior to that, he served as a Civil Engineer at the Madinah Region Development Authority, where he developed the city’s first multimodal transport strategy and worked on delivering one of Saudi Arabia’s first public transport PPPs.
